02 — Products

We take reasonable care to display product descriptions, images, prices and relevant compatibility information accurately.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting and normal product variation. Customers should review the measurements and compatibility information before ordering.

Demonstration devices and accessories shown in photographs are not included unless expressly identified in the product title or description.

03 — Placing an order

By submitting an order, you offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms of Sale.

You must provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information. The checkout allows you to review information before payment is submitted.

An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. A binding sales contract is formed when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept the order.

We may reject or cancel an order where:

A product is unavailable;
Payment cannot be authorised;
Order information is materially incomplete or inaccurate;
Fraud or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected;
An obvious pricing or product information error has occurred; or
We are legally unable to supply the order.

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

04 — Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Taxes required by applicable law will be included in the displayed price or shown clearly during checkout, as applicable.

Standard UK delivery is free on all orders. There is no minimum order value.

Eligible Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted through the payment options displayed during checkout.

Payment providers may perform fraud prevention and card security checks. An order cannot be fulfilled if payment is not successfully authorised.

05 — UK delivery

Products are currently delivered only to addresses within the United Kingdom. International delivery is not offered.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–5 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed appointment times. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you using the information provided with the order.

Unless a different period has been agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.

06 — Cancellation rights

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel before dispatch. We will try to stop the order, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has started.

UK consumers purchasing qualifying products online generally have the right to notify the seller of cancellation within 14 days after delivery and then return the products within a further 14 days.

The danieltech 30-day return policy provides additional time to request a return. It does not reduce statutory cancellation rights.

07 — Returns, exchanges and refunds

A return may be requested within 30 days after delivery by emailing support@danieltech.shop.

Returns must be authorised before products are sent. We will provide the appropriate UK return address and instructions.

danieltech pays reasonable return delivery costs for approved returns, including approved change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges are accepted subject to product availability. We do not charge a return or restocking fee.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. The customer’s bank may require additional processing time.

08 — Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if a product is faulty, damaged, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from its description.

We may request photographs or other reasonable information to assess the issue. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, exchange or refund.

danieltech pays the reasonable return delivery cost for approved faulty, damaged or incorrect product returns.

09 — Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and rights that cannot be excluded under consumer law.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the sales contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Your statutory rights remain protected.

These Terms of Sale, the Return and Refund Policy and the Shipping Policy do not remove mandatory rights available to UK consumers.

10 — Applicable law and disputes

DANIEL 9LS TECHNOLOGIES LLC is organised in Kentucky, United States.

To the extent a governing law may validly be chosen, these Terms are governed by Kentucky law. This choice does not deprive a UK consumer of mandatory protections provided by laws applicable to the purchase or the consumer’s place of residence.

A consumer may bring a dispute before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
